Lifting app for beginners

Is there an app that kind of works like Stronglifts 5x5, but where I can do more than 3 exercises on a day? I can only go to the gym once per week, and as long as I haven't really hit the spot where I think it gets too heavy I would like to do more exercises. Note: I'm usually completely alone at this gym and prefer not to get injured. Hence I'm increasing weights slowly.
