Looking for friends for inspiration and motivation!

I've been on here for a while and lost some weight but recent family health issues have underscored the need for me to take this more seriously. For the past few weeks, I've been changing my diet to eat cleaner and have been doing interval walk/runs. Next week I plan on going back to the gym for some weight lifting a few times a week. I'm really looking for some people to motivate and inspire me and hopefully I can do the same!

    Added, glad to have found another like-minded person. I am also concentrating on weight lifting - I just discovered it a few months ago and it has been a total revelation . I feel great, it doesn't make me as ravenously a big cardio workout and I can see lovely definition and shape emerging,
