Anyone use Rockin' Body by Beachbody?

I purchased the Rockin' Body DVDs about 2 years ago. They've been sitting around my house for a while now and I've finally decided to use them.

I haven't seen anyone else on the site mention that they use them, too, so I was just wondering if anyone else is using or has used them...and if so, what are your results?

    We own them. Got it free @ the Beach body summit. Fun, but not a major calorie burn.
