So I've been noticing when i swim most of the power and speed comes from my shoulders so I've been adding kick boarding to my swimming work out and I i was thinking of adding fins to increase the strength in my legs but its been so long since i brought any and I'm not sure on the sizing of type to get for a small pool?
PS looking for swimming people to add to my friends list

at top of this board. search> swimming .
then you can join group in sub forum and they will pop in your recent posts. also at top of this page.0 -
There aren't sub-forums - not in that definition.
If you go to the 'Groups' page and type in swimming, you'll find groups created based on swimming and essentially anything else too.
That's what he meant by 'sub forum'0 -
Under Community at the second line is "Groups", go there and search Groups for "Swimmers!".
The group "Swimmers!" is pretty active and has a lot of knowledgeable people. See you there.0 -
