does anyone know of any good workout videos uploaded to youtube?
i am in my hometown for the holidays, and away from my school's lovely gym :(
so i looked up a few workout videos on youtube and are watching them! here are the Part 1 of videos i've found so far that i liked. the rest of each video is uploaded in segments (due to youtube's length restriction).

yes these are all belly dancing, but that's what i'm into right now! haha. but yeah i am getting a copy of hip hop abs from my sister tomorrow, and have a wide range of interests. i guess i would just like to know if anyone else knows of any COMPLETE uploaded videos that they like.

    I use a site once ina while they have full length videos ..Its www.exercisetv.tv/workout-videos.

    sparkpeople.com has decent full length videos. Google it, otherwise they will ask you to join up. All free.

    oh thanks you guys!! i completely forgot about hulu too! i wonder if they have any...? time to check!
