Hi! I'm Jenny,
I have been using the website for about a month, and while I must admit, I have been a slacker this week with the dieting and exercising, I feel like this website is sooo helpful!
While on a bad diet day, it is no fun to see the calorie count... especially if you are in the red... but I guess I never knew how many calories were in food!
I have always liked food... and have always been over weight, but didn't really seem to be eating huge amounts of food, and still working out, so was not sure what was going on...
I feel like this helps me want to make a lot healthier food choices... the tricky thing about food labels is... have you ever taken a look at how much is in a serving size... 1/2 cup of ice cream is a serving size... what is that a joke? who only eats 1/2 cup of ice cream? most people eat probably three times that!
I feel like knowing how many calories really are in food, not only helps me make healthier food choices... but it is kind of like a game... It is almost like getting the "high score" on a video game when you worked out hard and really cut calories in a day... and seeing your projected weight in 5 weeks is pretty awesome too!
I still have a LONG way to go... but at least this is helping me get there!
