Harvest Apple Oatmeal

The cold is coming and this is a nice breakfast.

1 c apple juice
1 c water
1 medium apple chopped and cored
1 c rolled oats , old fashioned
1/4 c raisins
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp salt

Dates would work nicely in this as well

Combine the apple juice, water and apple in a microwavable bowl and microwave 3 minutes on hi stiring once.
Add oats, raisins, cinnamon and salt, stir until blended cook on medium for 4-5 minutes until thick.

Makes 2 servings.
