I started using myfitnesspal after downloading the app for my Droid. It has been helpful in making me more aware of what I'm eating and how often I'm exercising if nothing else. I have a friend who is also trying to lose weight so we both joined and are supporting each other on this site.
My current weight is between 236-240. My initially goal is 200 lbs, which would be less than I've weighed during the past four years. It is a lot of work trying to lose weight, but there is also some satisfaction in making healthier choices and I feel better from the efforts I've made so far.
I look forward to being part of this community!

Good place to be to help you lose that weight, you'll find support here! I started at 240 last May and am now down to under 200, only 15 or 20 pounds left to go. Use the group here, you wont be sorry...0
