If you are breastfeeding need a lot more calories than that....need more dairy serves, good fats, protein.

You can literally eat anything you want. Just keep it to your calorie goal.

If you are breastfeeding, you need to make sure you are getting enough calories to keep up your supply too, or else it's going to tank big time. From what you described, it doesn't look like alot of calories, at all.

Are you going to eat that for the rest of your life?

How about just eating what you normally would but less of it? Have a look at the sexypants link posted above. You really don't need to starve or suffer to lose weight

Your list of foods doesn't tell us anything about the calorie or macronutrient content of your meals. We have no idea what quantity you're eating.

Additionally, since you are using a tool to monitor calorie and macronutrient intake there is no need to establish a rigid "meal plan".

Your ability to lose weight is going to boil down to you sustaining a reasonable caloric deficit.

If you plan on tracking your intake, then you should figure out your energy needs, then establish a reasonable energy intake and eat to that intake selecting foods you enjoy eating. Make sure most of those foods are nutrient dense, and eat a varied diet.
  • Maybe for you. For me, I couldn't be that strict. You really can lose a stone without expecting yourself to follow a strict diet. I lost a stone slowly and without feeling deprived. Side steel ^ up there, and others, were around about two years ago with very sound, true and tried advice.
