Struggling.... need some help

Hey Guys,
I've been on MFP for a while now but only ever used it to track weight etc, so this will be my first post . I know I need to lose weight as I don't feel happy with myself but im struggling so much it just seems that life gets in the way and its so easy to have excuses especially as I work long hours and away from home which can involve lots of restaurants and room service!
Any advice on how I can keep motivated to lose it finally and change my life?

Good luck Danny! You can do this! I know when I have traveled for work in the past it helped to preplan my meals. Pick hotels within walking distance of healthier restaurants or that had good options in room service. Also, hotels usually equal free gym. Are you taking advantage of that? Even if it's just 30 minutes on a treadmill. When I'm travelling with others and they pick the restaurant I'm on my phone looking over the menu and looking up calories to figure out what I want to eat before we get there. Makes it less stressful.0
