I know you can't spot reduce but...

Is there any way to modify your body shape a bit? I'm a pear shape and I like having this figure (minus the extra fat I'm trying to get rid of) but every time I lose weight my body looks pretty disproportionate. My boobs and tummy / waist are always the first to go and when they do I’m left pretty flat-chested but I still have a huge butt (not a wide butt but a bubble one). Right now my figure is more proportionate but I know it won’t last .
This wouldn't be an issue if I was able to maintain some sort of breast tissue but I usually go from a C cup to an A cup within a few months and it makes shopping for clothing hard (dresses, jeans, etc) and I’m a bit self-conscious about it.
I realize this is largely due to genetics but is there a way to get a more balanced shape? Obviously I can’t hang on to my boobs or get them augmented to match the lower half, but is the opposite possible?

I'm the same way! When I lose weight everything comes from my top half and my husband tell me I look skeletal on top. But I still have bigger thighs and a big booty! It is frustrating. I have no idea if this will work, but Ive been working on trying it. I'm just going to deal with looking too skinny on top until my body is forced to start taking weight from my thighs and butt. I do a lot of running, so I am starting to get rid of it, because I am a size 2 now. Then when I get my bottom half to what I want, I'm going to keep up with all the running and do a lot of toning exercises focused on that area and then up my calorie intake and see if I can get some weight back to the top half. Might sound like a silly plan, but it's worth trying.0

Glad that someone else experiences this! It just looks odd to me to have virtually nothing on top but so much extra on the bottom lol0 -
Are you lifting weights?0

I am the same. Bulk your upper body. It gives the illusion of hour glass. Back and shoulders.... And more back and shoulders.0

Yeah I've been lifting progressively for nearly a month now. I lift 4xs a week (legs twice and arms twice).0 -
I'm not sure if this was just co-incidence...but when i put on weight previously i used to Run more on the Treadmill and it seemed my Boobs were the first to go ( i was much more flat chested).
But this time around i do more low impact aerobic-style workouts with light weights and i normally now power walk on the Treadmill and my Boobs haven't shrunk that much.
I've never been big chested, but i have noticed the difference!
So maybe changing your workout routine might help (i.e focus more on your bottom half).0 -

Thanks! I'll definitely try implementing more shoulder and back workouts.0
