    Another bro-science diet.

    Just looked it up. It is like many other elimination diets that divide foods into good and bad. It won't hurt you but it's unnecessary. It's instruction to not eat grains may make it difficult to get necessary fiber. There is no reason to avoid legumes as it instructs.

    That it recommends eating fresh, unprocessed food is a good thing.
