Trouble staying under fat & sugar goals with my 1200 intake

I've been sicking to a 1200 calorie goal for a little over a month now and noticed that I usually exceed my fat & sugar goals. I'd like to "friend" anyone with a 1200 calorie calorie goal that manages to meet or stay under their fat & sugar goals. I'd also be grateful for any tips, tricks, advice, etc. from anyone.

    I was at 1200. I set my calories higher at 1300 because I was miserable with all the exercise I was doing.
    I set my macros at 40 carb, 30 protein and 30 fat.

    Look at what you are eating, I log ahead of time then review..I make adjustments based in my macros. If my carbs are over I substitute say bread for a vegetable. If my fats are over I will remove oil or cheese etc.
