I need a very simple pasta dish to serve with shake and bake chicken and Swiss chard salad. Any ideas?

Boil your pasta as usual, reserve one cup of pasta water.
Meanwhile sauté chopped garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Keep the heat low.
Toss the pasta in the olive oil, then add a small amount of seasoned breadcrumbs and a few tablespoons of Parmesan cheese grated. If it's really tight add a bit of the pasta water.
Another version is the same recipe with chopped tomato and basil cooked along with the garlic.

i've tried several slimming world recipes, weight is comin off, slowly, but least its coming off, there are a few out there,
one is simply tinned tuna pasta salad, with half a tin of tuna, grated carrot, onion, cucumber and sweetcorn, u could put other veggies in if u like, and mixed with about 70g of pasta and low fat mayo or yohurt
another one is a tom and mushroom one, u basically cook mushrooms in stock, add garlic and tinned tomato (1/3 tin per person) take off heat, mix in a few dollops of yohurt, serve with pasta0 -
btw as an alternative to spag bol, use chicken instead of mince, bit healthier0

Olive oil, s&p, garlic, basil & sliced cherry tomatoes. Saute everything together.0
