Yay its Almost fall and halloween is Just 8 weeks away! wow can you believe that, I have really let my self go and I want to feel good and look good for halloween what about you? if you want to Join me in this 8 week challenge feel free, all you have to do is comment down below and tell me 5 goals you wish to acoomplish during this 8weeks.
Fall is a great time to put healthy habits into place. This season is about getting back into your routine and committing to your goals before the holiday chaos hits You’re going to push, challenge and AMAZE yourself! And by the end, you’ll be feeling incredible.
This fall we want your commitment. Not only to yourself, but to others. When you support other people’s goals, it gives you the confidence and strength to commit to your own! Your Fall Challenge is from now until Halloween!! That’s 8 weeks!

Workout for Day # 1 September 8, 2014
Challenge # 1 WHAT IS YOUR FAVORIATE MOTIVATIONAL QUOTE!
Warm up by either walking or Running for 10-15 minutes
50 jumping jacks
50 squats
50 Lunges
50 Push ups
20 minutes of Abs ( Any ab work out)

Goal 1: exercise everyday even if it's an easy walk
Goal 2: start eating more healthy food again
Goal 3: start logging again
Goal 4: quality play time with the kids (activity based)
