Boobs and Losing Weight HELP

Hey guys.. So, I've always had a large chest (and throughout the last 8 years i've gone up and down the scale a few times, lost weight, put on weight, etc) however, since my most recent weight gain which I am working on losing now (and am doing a great job so far), my breast size has gone up about three sizes... This has happened in the past i've noticed as well, when I gain weight, I get larger boobs, and when I lose weight, my boobs go down to their normal size..

My question is, how can I prevent the after effects of 'sagginess', being deflated, etc that weight loss causes when you lose it in your boobs? How do I prevent the loose skin, and all of the above things from happening to my breasts during my weight loss process?

Skin will shrink back. I'm feeling a little floppy myself. Also, I assume some form of chest exercises could help. I'll wait for more answers.

Two words for ya. Plastic Surgery. Once you get near your goal weight, it can't hurt to have a consultation.

Don't you wish they'd be able to tell you just how much your skin would shrink? :p I may as well start pounding the weights to pump my chest muscles up, I don't want surgery either. :)

Keep your skin moisturized and hope for the best. Chest exercises help some people get some lift, but saggy skin is saggy skin. If you don't want it surgically altered, then all you can do is hope it shrinks.

You can work out with weights that will help some, but regarding very loose skin the only thing that really works is surgery.

Doing chest workouts won't help in tightening the skin or building muscle or fighting flab to where the saggy/excess skin doesn't show as much?

Lose weight slowly (by-product is being able to eat more food). Check out the TDEE method of losing weight and do no more than TDEE-20%.

And then weight lift. My boobs look amazingly more perky since doing Stronglifts 5x5 as does the rest of my body.
