Thanks for the tip, everyone. I added 1% incline to my last two runs. I could tell that ai had to put forth a bit more effort, but it was doable. I could DEFINITELY tell that it just "felt" more "natural.". Sorry, I don't know how else to put it. The run just felt smoother and less mechanical and forced.

I am super sorry i have not been on "track" with running thing. I started it and did not finish bad me! I have other things that my mind is on at this time but will be getting back into it. I registered for a 5K in Feb that is a really nice run! I am hoping to run it all (yeah right) or at least do it in under 35 mins. We'll see!0
