    avocado with ranch seasoning, make your own hummus out of chick peas, and salsa is always a good one. or ranch seasoning and greek yogurt. I like to buy the packages of ranch seasoning and just use a tiny bit at at a time. it lasts quite a while.

    2 cans of chick peas (one can drained, one not), 3 TBSP extra virgin olive oil, 3 garlic cloves, 1 TBSP lemon juice, 1 TBSP sesame seeds, 1 package of ranch dressing seasoning, salt, and pepper

    Run all this through the food processor. Now you have hummus that tastes almost exactly like ranch dressing

    roasted red peppers and mangos blended all up. botlhouse dressing, low fat/non fat yogurt with spices.
