Eggplant salad

The ingredients are:

2 medium sized eggplants
1 medium size onion (yellow or red)
1 green (chili) pepper
1 red sweet pepper
1 cup chopped parsley
1 table spoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
salt
dried chilli flocks / paprika powder

And this is how you make it:

Grill the eggplants and peppers as a whole with their skins on. Once they're grilled, peel of the skin, let them cool down and chop them in cubes. Chop the onions and the parsley. Mix the ingredients, put the lemon juice, olive oil, salt and other seasonings you like in it and mix everything again.
You can serve it as you like.
