Well i'm only about halfway to my goal but i decided to try on this dress again that i posted a picture of myself in another thread to see how much better it looks on me...i'm pretty impressed! i still have a ways to go but i never looked this good in it when i had to actually had a reason to wear it!! (28lbs lost)

    wow, you look beautiful, I can really see a change in you whole body you are a lot slimmer, your face is so much slimmer also, wow great work!!

    You can definately tell with the weight loss, the whole body looks slimmer and you look awesome.
    BUT... the place I can tell it most is in your posture. You look uncomfortable in the first picture... and confident and happy in the second picture.

    in all fairness i was bending down because the girl i was taking a picture with is super short :) but either way i can definitely tell my posture has improved and i dont look like i'm trying to stuff myself into a dress that doesn't fit!
