noob here working on losing weight!!

hey everyone, im a 29 year old guy trying to get back in shape. After I got out of the Marines i pretty much let myself go, now im going back to my ways of being a lean guy!! I live in OC, and work in LA.

    My oldest son enlisted in the Marines & just recently finished bootcamp, Sept. He's now at MOS school in 29 Palms. Thanks for serving our country.
