Sorting it out, friends and motivation needed!

Hi all,

Just joined MFP today after my brother recommended it!

A number of serious injurys stopped me playing football a couple of years ago and that coupled with a new job that involves a lot of traveling and nights away have let me let my weight slip. I need to loose about 25lbs but struggle with my motivation, especially when i'm away with little to do on an evening but eat and watch TV! So thought I can use MFP to get me through with a bit of inspiration.

Lets see how it goes....

  • I forgot to put in my introduction, i will also be following the insanity fitness DVD's - I've heard they are pretty crazy but im looking forward to it!

    Traveling is fun!!!! I think the biggest hurdle is going to be researching before going out to eat, which foods are healthy, and planning your meals in advance. For example, when I go to Buffalo Wild Wings I usually get the veggie boat, Buffalo Chips and the Naked Tenders with a side of fat free ranch and hot sauce.
