I have lost 33 pounds in 7 months by counting calories and exercising 5-6 days a week. I read a book titled Never Say Diet by Chantel Hobbs. It has really helped me get my head in the right place. In other words helping me make a brain change so I can make this permanent. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes 4 years ago. I now am off all medications and have a normal A1C and blood glucose! I plan to lose 22 more pounds and never be diabetic again!
