    Exactly my point people. It's only once a year we really overdo it (Unless you celebrate Thanksgiving or other holidays). I'm not saying i'm going to eat until i'm physically sick, I'm going to be conscious of what I have because i've learned to do that since joining MFP.
    I'm expecting a rather shocking diary entry nonetheless :D
