8 week plateau - switch up

Hi,
I've successfully lost weight previously following MFP but decided to try something different this time, so I followed the 5:2 diet.
I have successfully lost almost 2 stone on the 5:2 diet but have hit an 8 week plateau, 9 weeks if you count the week off I took to try to kick start the weight loss again. So I'm going back to MFP calorie counting, hopefully next week I will be able to report a weight loss soon.
