Onederland/Nearly 30lbs down w/pics!

Hello! My name is Toni, I'm 5'7"-5'8" and currently I weigh 199lbs. In the before picture, I am roughly a month post-partum after having a baby girl (who is now 9 months old!) and weigh about 226lbs. My first goal weight is 175lbs, and I'm hoping to be there by next spring! slow and steady wins the race, right? Though of course I'd be happy to see it come off faster...

If you're nervous about taking progress pictures from the beginning - don't be! sure, it's not fun to see those, but the rewards when the scale doesn't move much but you can actually compare and see your body changing are weeeeeeeeellll worth it. And if you gain back weight, don't give up! From late-May to late-June I gained back about 4lbs when my boyfriend visited me...but from July-August I lost 10lbs! You can turn it around. :) Good luck to everyone!

Edit: Omg, where I wrote August 8th on my progress pics, I meant September 8th, as in today. Jeeeeeeeeeez!

    I cannot wait for the day I can say I am finally in ONEDERLAND, ,,I was in my early teens when I was last in onderland.

  • You look awesome!!! I am STILL trying to get down to ONEDERLAND after having my son 13 months ago. Any tips or advice? Did you breast feed? I'm never able to stay consistent, its a constant daily struggle but I'm determined to get there! You're a great motivation!

    my body wouldn't let me breastfeed despite weeks of trying!
    I like to plan my food the day before, and use that as a guideline for the next day which has really helped. the past couple months I was visiting Halifax, NS, so I was walking EVERYWHERE! an average of 5 miles a day - i didn't even log then and lost 10 pounds. But here, at my father's, i'm in the middle of nowhere so logging is necessary. It's definitely possible though, I set modest goals and try to surpass them! I also eat pretty much what I want within reason so I am not deprived - everyone suggests that for a reason! :P
