Does Teaching Burn Calories?

Options
I searched for this topic to no avail, so if someone has addressed this already, please forgive me. I am a teacher at a local college, and I teach classes that are up to 150 minutes long. During this time I walk around a lot and rarely sit. (I sit only when I am proctoring a test) I do not know if I should change my lifestyle profile, or add this time in as a slow walking workout. What I tend to do now is divide the time by four, and count it as slow walking. For example, a 120 minute class would be 30 minutes of the slowest walking in the database. So far my calories and weight loss have been consistant with this, but my husband thinks I'm cheating myself and should not count teaching time at all. Ideas?
