Lightly active oractive lifestyle

Okay, so when I signed up for MFP and was filling my settings, I put that I had a lightly active lifestyle but I noticed that the active was for people like servers, which I am. Should I change my setting to regular active even though I'm not always running around at work. There are times I'm just standing still, but then there are other times that I'm running big time(like on a busy Saturday night or Sunday lunch)

I posted this in a different thread this morning, so I'll just cut and paste it here:
Go with either one. They are both just estimates for the general population. Everything is an estimate (some easier to get close to right than others, but it's all still an estimate).

Pick one, track how it is working out for you over the course of a couple of months, and reassess whether you want to make any changes.

I second the motion......it's only an estimate.....so go with either one.....I'm a sales man....so I am on my feet 8-9 hours per day.....but....I also work out at the gym 4-6 days a week......lol.

So the little time I do sit.....I think fills in the void......but I wouldn't want to set it to "extreme active" lol or whatever the next setting is......I believe it only gives you a couple more calories to eat.....if I recall correctly.....

Bottom line, go with what works for you ;) If it's not broke, don't fix it? :)
