Here We Go Yet Again!! But i know ive Said this Before But something feels diffrent this time.
1. Ive never Posted on the boards on here.
2. ive always thought i could do things on my own without Motivation & friends
3. Its really time to Change!
But anyway My Name is Michael im 25 5'11 238lbs
When i graduated i Weighed a Whopping 145
but got married and had a son at the age of 19
Then i noticed the weight coming on i was Excited!
i said Heck yeah Lets gain 45lbs and hit the Gym,
so i did that well.... 190 turned into 230 in no time.
But,, Im not Giving up This Time! Time To Kick This Belly Fat
In The *kitten*. Sorry For the Language But ITS TIME!!!!!
If You Would Like to Add as a Friend I would Love That
