New guy in town

I been trying to lose weight using my own version of paleo for over one month with zero results.

When I say my own version of paleo I mean I'm eating some kind of meat with frozen veggies, and only drinking water.

I'm also walking for one hour per day and doing stuff around the yard like cutting trees with an axe among other things.

So I'm going to start counting my calories and hoping to get allot of tips from here.
