I'm in week 1 and usually do pretty good for a couple weeks and then stop. I'm looking for positive motivators and want to make a life change to be healthier overall.

    Good luck...The best thing I've been told is that I only have to be healthy today. It is a very 12 step approach, but it is true...one day at a time is the only way to climb this mountain.
