My weight loss has stopped for two weeks

I started losing weight just over 2 months ago and managed to lose 25 pounds but for the last 2-3 weeks I haven't lost a single pound, I am 5'7 and weigh 12st7 so it's not as if I don't have anything to lose! .. I am eating 1200 calories a day and excersise maybe 3 times a week but I can't lose weight it is so frustrating!
The only thing I have changed is I have started taking cerezette 3 weeks ago but I was on it before and I don't think it changed my weight at all so I'm doubtful if it's that or not.
I am thinking of increasing my calorie intake to 1400-1500 a day because someone said I might not be eating enough but I'm really worried about gaining weight. Please help

Try eating more calories. I was stuck after losing 25 lbs for 4 weeks. I started eating more protein and doing more strength stuff along with my cardio and I dropped 5lbs in two weeks. You are in a simple plateau, your body has gotten used to what you are doing and needs shocked. You can return to your normal calorie intake after a couple of weeks.0
