Day 1 counting carbs, quick question!

Hellos!

I'm Cathy, this is my first day on a low carb diet. I’ve been in ketosis before and lost loads of weight, however that was on Total Food Replacement so this is my first time doing it while eating.

My current target is 20g of carbs per day. Based on the Atkins carb counter, I have successfully completed day 1 under target with 19.3 grams. However, MFP food diary has me at 23g carbs. Any suggestions on which would be more reliable to follow? The main discrepancy seems to be the grams allocated to Cinnamon, MFP has a higher value than Atkins. It’s not a huge difference but I do want to stick to less than 20g so trying to be as accurate as possible.
