I have a question for real experts on walking:

I am 60 years old and started a walking routine back in February of this year. I have been walking every day during the work week for some 60 minutes (for me, that is about 5k or 3 miles, with half of that time uphill.) My question is: Should I continue to do this every day of the work week or would it be better to skip a day between walks?

I am an expert of walking. I have walked every day for the last 22-23 years. Just keep walking.0

I also have been walking daily for years. Having dogs helps ensure I never skip a day.0
