Hello, my name is Mai. I'm not a noobie on here but I'd like to have some people who could be part of my support group and help motivate me to reach my goals. I'd like to lose about 160 - 170lbs so I'd love to connect with people who knows where I'm coming from.
A little about myself. I'm a big dork, but I'm at a point in my life where I'm trying to reteach myself everything I was raised believing in because they were unhealthy lessons. I did grow up in an abusive home so sometimes I can be on the defensive end of things. But I'm here to change and here to learn. I don't believe that being thin makes a person happier but I do believe that I hide behind my weight and I want to lose this weight so that I can continue on my road of self discovery and become the person I was truly meant to be because I hope that I am actually amazing and that I can give the world a part of myself and I hope that I can also help others who are struggling with their weight and self confidence issues, by being part of their support system.
