Opinions on Switching up routine

So I track my calories and have been doing Jillian Micheal's 30DS and her NMTZ, I have 4 pounds to loose by October 4 as a necessary to make weight for national guard. I have lost 20 pounds so far just wanna know if anyone has a suggestion or advice. Thank you!

    There are 168 hours in a week. You could exercise for 10 hours a week and screw it all up in the remaining 158 hours.

    Make sure you are eating at a calorie deficiency. Weigh and measure all of your food. Track, track, and track!
