Just diagnosed sleep apnea ? Advice

If they tell you to use the bipap, use it. You get used to it.
My boyfriend is a big guy and I "diagnosed" his sleep apnea. I told him he had it and insisted that he go get seen. I insisted he wear the mask. He adjusted very quickly. I hate it, lol. There is nothing romantic about it. But it beats the snoring that woke me up so much I started hating him, lol.
For many people, it's the fat that causes the apnea. If you lose the fat, get yourself re-checked.0
