Natural Remedies for Migraines

I'm another migraine sufferer as well. I just recently started seeing a new doctor who is treating me for them. She suggested a supplement called MigRelief. It's a mix of riboflavin, magnesium, and feverfew. I *think* it's helping.
She also gave me a "headache diet" to follow. The big no-no's are artificial sweeteners (Stevia is okay), MSG and products that have lots of additives (no more protein bars or shakes for me at the moment). I'm sure you could google for a list of trigger foods.
Of course, we are also experimenting with triptans (imitrex, etc.) and I think that is helping is well. I tried to stick to "natural" stuff as well but Excedrin Migraine practically became a food group for me so I'm crying uncle and doing whatever the doc says. Good luck to you!0
