Doesn't matter. Weight fluctuates all day long. Concentrate on your run.

Just do it the same way each time.
  • Just do it the same way each time.

    This is the correct answer.

I like to weigh first thing in the morning (post bathroom) as it's usually the name number of inputs (none) and outputs (eww) day-to-day.

Also, you should consider a multi-day rolling average instead of a daily number. It helps flatten out any peaks or valleys (which as a runner you may get as you deal with hydration).

Yup, technically it doesn't matter as long as you're consistent.

However, I'd probably go with before as exercising can cause additional fluctuations as you may have lost some water weight through sweat - or you could be up if you've had a lot of water to drink while you're working out. Could go either way...

Same time, same place, same bat channel. I can weigh, go to the gym and be up two pounds when I get home. Water fluctuates that much, in that short of a time.
