Bingo wings

Hi, just wondering what people do to tighten their bingo wings (flabby under arm), mine are starting to get a little outta control :sad: so wanted an exercise that would be good! Thanks

    tricep exercises like push ups and dips, extensions with a dumbbell. swimming. and defining the bicep too to disguise the flab underneath. also practicing in front of the mirror how to hold your arms so you aren't waving them around too much. :wink:

    It's either fat or loose skin, and exercises don't target either of those. I'd follow a standard, full-body strength program without modifying it (NROL, Stronglifts, Nerd Fitness, etc). Adding extra wing exercises won't give you the results you want.

    ^^ thats a good point. a well rounded exercise program that encorperated tricep work would be the best approach.

    obviously your not going to achieve the desired effect if you do not lose weight, regardless of what and how much exercise you do.

    dieting and just doing the tricep work wouldn't be crazy, and if you were consistent you'd eventually probably get to where you want to be, but a more well rounded program would help you get there faster and be more healthy.

    EDIT:if its loose skin then there really isn't much you can do other then surgery
