Five motivators
1. My health
2. My upcoming wedding :flowerforyou:
3. Wanting ti get healthy to have children
4. Wanting to wear cute clothes
5. Wanting to look HOT, without a muffin-top!

Five things I can't resist
1. Mac-n-cheese
2. Chicken Marsala
3. Doritos's
4. Salt-n-Vinegar chips
5. Buck-eye's, Reese's... anything peanut butter & chocolate

Five things I have learned
1. This is a lifestyle change
2. Portion size!
3. That just eating okay and not working out at all = no success
4. A taste of success
5. Feeling proud of myself

Five things I am struggling with
1. Making time for me
2. Getting organized and motivated to do more exercise at home
3. Not seeing my double-chin fade fast enough
4. Learning & making new meals
5. Adding toning varieties to my workouts

Five things I can't believe I did/ate
1. Consumed unlimited junk food, in large quantities.. at least 5-6 days a week (blah)!
2. Put off this journey for so long
3. I was that girl, watching The Biggest Loser with a pint of Ben & Jerry's :embarassed:
4. Drank an amazing amount of calories
5. Let myself "not care" how big I got

Five 'worked for me' tips
1. Water, water, water. :drinker:
2. Don't deprive! If you really want that snack bag of chips, eat it - then log it. You can't be perfect all the time or you'll set yourself up to fail. Also, you have to be accountable for what you put in to your body and what your habits are. This will help improve it and ask yourself if it is worth the splurge.
3. Understanding moderation, portion size and eating to fuel your body.
4. 1 day a week = splurge day in moderation. If I want pizza, I have pizza - in moderation. This has honestly been a great tip I read from someone else that has worked for me.
5. Journal every last morsel! This has to be my biggest success tip thus far. I have "dieted" for most of my 20's and my biggest success has come from understanding and seeing in writing, what I am putting in to my body.

Five goals for 2011
1. Lose 30lbs!
2. Incorporate strength training & toning to my workouts
3. Get Married!
4. Become a better cook
5. Pay it forward!!
