Biggest Loser - At home Challenge

So, I have been on the Biggest Loser - At Home Challenge for going on two weeks now. I can't seem to find the exercises described in the dvd for my exercise list so I just ab-lib lol . Any one else seeming to have problems with the way they enter their cardio and strength exercises because of a dvd they are following. And yes this dvd is the easiest for me as I've tried doing just exercises without instructions but I give up on myself to quickly. :indifferent:

Mon , Wed. & Friday I do the cardio - I put it as Jumping Jacks.. As its the only excerise in the video the name comes up :laugh:

Tues & Thurs I do strength - I put push ups because its close to the planks they have me do..

Anyone have any ideas? I'd appreciate all the Help I can get :flowerforyou:

    Log the whole dvd time under circuit training in the Cardio portion. Any dvd that has both cardio and strength or bodyweight type exercises fit under circuit training.
