5 Day Abs Challenge

Everyday I'll be adding 10 to each section. I started yesterday but you can start on any day. As long as you do 5 consecutive days. Anyone who wants to join me is free to do so. You can also add me as a friend. I am always looking for motivation buddies :-)

10 Knee Crunches
12 Leg Raises
20 Flutter Kicks
10 Cross Crunches
20 Cycling Crunches
10 Heel Touches
60 Second Elbow Plank
