I've read a lot of articles on how much sugar, carbs, fat, protein, ect you are
suppose to have. So my question to you is, what do you have your MFP percentages
set to ? Now I know when you put your weight and all of that in,MFP pretty much sets that
for you but it's not always right for what you personally want or need it to be. So what did you
change it to and why?

I custom set mine in grams, using an add-on I have for this site, but it works out roughly, percentagewise, to 31C/33F/36P. I find this balance to keep me satiated on 1350 calories per day, with enough protein to help maintain my LBM as I lose and just enough carbs that I can eat plenty of fruit/veg and also have one of potato/sprouted-grain bread bread/oatmeal daily too, if I so choose.
Macros are a pretty specific thing. If the base ones MFP sets for you work, I wouldn't worry about it too much.0 -
