confused about calorie goal

I am 27 and 5'7 I have lost 75 lbs in the last year I started at 247.2 and I am currently at 172.2 . My goal weight is 159 so I have 13.2 lbs to go. My bmr is 1549 and my tdee is 1859.thats for sedentary. i Now I have been not losing for the past month and wanted peoples opinion on what my calorie goal should be to lose the last 13 lbs. I want to know the amount before exercise calorie :) Thanks

    If you are tracking in MFP, set your weekly weight loss goal to 0.5 lb. per week. The system will generate your updated goal calories.

    I lost my last 10lbs or so by maintaining a small calorie deficit. I use the TDEE method, so I took about a 10-15% cut from my TDEE and ate that daily. My exercise was figured in to my goal, but if yours is not and you are exercising, make sure you are eating at least some of those back to maintain that small deficit.

    Or as the poster above me said, use MFP with your settings at .5 pound a week, and again, eat back exercise cals.

    It takes patience too - once you get down to the last few pounds, they come off more slowly.
