Back from Vacation and need to get back on track

Hello! I just got back fro 2 weeks in Croatia/Slovenia/Italy, and need to get myself back on track here. I did pretty well on the trip - gained only about 1.5 pounds. Didn't always have control of the food as on a tour you get to select "meat option or fish option" and the rest is unknown fairly often. Still, miles and miles of walking, hiking, climbing steps, etc. helped to make sure I didn't gain a lot. I even think I managed to pass by a gelato stand and not buy something once or twice!

Anyway, I've noticed that my "friends" on here have not been logging in for 2-18+ months, so I could use some more friends to motivate me and keep me on track.

I'm 50, I lost 40# w/ MFP 3 years ago. Gained about 15 of it back last summer after a bike accident put me on disability & knocked me out of the ability to exercise like I was. I've lost about 5 of those pounds and need to lose another 10 just to get to where I was when I first lost 40. That is my first goal, to get back to the 40# down marker.

I swim in the lake in the summer (very cold summer this year in Michigan), and I bike or hike/walk for exercise. In the winter I will do some aerobic videos but I do not enjoy that. So, if interested, please friend me and help keep me honest!
