I asked Santa for the Dance with Julianne: Cardio Ballroom DVD for Christmas. He totally delivered and I tried the DVD for the first time this morning.
The entire workout is 43 minutes (including warm up and cool down). The level of choreography was that of a musical theater audition. You don't have to be the most amazing dancer to execute the moves, but the more style you put into it, the more intense the workout. The moves were fun, I put a LOT into it, and the workout kicked my @ss.
Julianne is very genuine in her hosting style. I enjoyed her instruction and it really felt like I was taking 'class' from her. A class that never stopped moving. That turned my legs into rubber.
So. Fun.
