I need find the calories and macros for the pork chop. But i am too confused. Please, could you help me? On myfitnesspal are pork chops, yeah, but i don't know which i can use for the right macros. I need a macros for "boneless, lean only/without fat, pork chop". And for "boneless, with fat" too. As you can see in this image.

What is difference between - Center Cut Pork Chops, Top Loin Chop, Center Top Loin? Very confusing..

Thanks

That's pork loin steak - if it doesn't have a bone, it isn't a chop.
