Hello, everyone. I just downloaded this app for my phone and am really looking forward to being able to keep better track of the calories I eat so I can reach my goals. I do have a question about the app so far. I have a bowflex home gym that I use to work out and I was wondering how I might be able to log that into my exercise log since there isn't a way to know exactly how many calories I burn during each workout.

I'm still figuring things out myself but you typically burn around 200-400 calories per hour of strength training. Of course, that number can vary depending upon many factors (such as rest periods taken, heart rate during the workout, etc.)
For diary purposes -- if you can't add it separately or there isn't another option -- you may be able to simply add your workout time as either (1) Walking 3.0 moderate pace or (2) Walking 4.0 very brisk pace.0
