Heyy looking to gain weight

Hey guys so im 24 and i weight 9 stone 8 which is skinny for me, i find it hard to put weight on i really want to put weight on but don't know how could someone help me please

    To gain weight you need to eat a surplus. Think about your calories, make sure you meet your macros. 40/40/20 is a good split for most but I eat more protein than that- just find your own needs. The surplus calories will go to muscle repair. You grow muscle when resting, not when at the gym.

    Lift heavy, lift religiously, and get plenty of protein.

    StrongLifts is an excellent beginner program to pack on strength and size.

    What is your diet like at the moment? will give us a better idea on how many calories your intaking :)

    When I was on 2000 a day my weight was only maintained but when I go over that I start to gain a little.

    I know men tend to need more calories so 3000 is probably a good start (if your not exercising much, if you do any activity you need to add calories to cover it)
